Rebecca Contín, CFP®, has over 12 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining East Rock, Rebecca was a financial planner for leading wealth management firms in San Francisco and Seattle, serving clients with all aspects of their financial planning needs. She also worked for Charles Schwab in their Center for Financial Research, where she was responsible for oversight of Schwab's equity ratings that are published and disseminated to multiple products and sites. 


Since 2008, Rebecca has volunteered as a Financial Coach and Program Coordinator for local nonprofit organizations. She is a member of the Financial Planning Association 

Pro-Bono Committee and served as the Co-Chair for the San Francisco Financial Planning Day, providing free financial planning advice to individuals and families who may not otherwise have the opportunity to obtain assistance. Rebecca is fluent in Spanish.

Rebecca earned a BA with Honors from the University of California, Davis, double majoring in Organizational Studies and Spanish. She completed the Personal Financial Planning program at the University of California, Berkeley.  

Rebecca enjoys spending time with family and friends, swimming, biking, traveling, and practicing yoga. 

Stephanie J. Lee, CFP®, is a California Registered Investment Advisor. Prior to founding East Rock Financial Services, Stephanie spent 10 years as a Director with a major financial analytics firm; she was both a software engineer and product manager for the world's leading credit portfolio management solution. In this capacity, Stephanie taught bankers and insurers in North America, Europe, Asia, and Africa about the latest innovations in portfolio management.  

Stephanie is on the Board of Directors for two nonprofit organizations: California Jump$tart, which is dedicated to improving K-12 financial education; and Musical Sugar Foundation, which offers music scholarships to children. Stephanie also volunteers to teach JobCorps students about money and has been a speaker at the Financial Planning Association's conferences. 


Stephanie has a BS in Applied Mathematics from Yale University and an MPA from the University of Southern California. She completed the Personal Financial Planning program at the University of California, Berkeley. 

Stephanie is a jazz bassist and rock violinist who has played on 21 albums and performs regularly. As a member of the Recording Academy, she votes on the Grammy awards. She has been on the faculty for the Girls' Jazz Camp at the California Jazz Conservatory. Stephanie enjoys eating well, playing music, and spending time with friends and family.
