Stephanie Lee, CFP®, is a California Registered Investment Advisor. She completed the Personal Financial Planning program at the University of California at Berkeley. She has a BS in Applied Mathematics from Yale University and an MPA from the University of Southern California.Prior to founding East Rock Financial Services, Stephanie Lee spent ten years as a Director with a major financial analytics firm, developing and managing the world's leading credit portfolio management solution. In this capacity, Stephanie taught bankers and insurers in North America, Europe, Asia, and Africa about the latest innovations in portfolio management. The product helped analyze and manage portfolios totaling several trillions of dollars.
Stephanie is on the Board of Directors for two non-profits:
- California Jump$tart, dedicated to improving the financial literacy of California schoolchildren; and
- Musical Sugar Foundation, a new organization offering music scholarships to disadvantaged children.
Earlier in her career, Stephanie spent several years in public service advancing the operational efficiency of city government. She is also a musician who has played on 17 albums. As a member of the Recording Academy, she votes on the Grammy awards.
